GGS CONFERENCE EXHIBIT SPACE

All exhibitors will be provided with one six-foot table, two chairs, and table linen. There is an additional cost for use of a site-provided energy source. At no additional cost, exhibitors will be able to participate in the Monday Presidential Reception (with RSVP), the Tuesday continental breakfast, and all breaks. Participation in all other conference events, such as our plenary and concurrent sessions as well as the annual meeting and awards luncheon, require payment of applicable registration or event fees.

Prime exhibit space will be determined by the level of sponsorship. The selection process within each level will be based on the order in which sponsorship payment is received.

HOW WE DRIVE ATTENDANCE TO YOUR EXHIBIT SPACE

  • GGS will begin a marketing campaign prior to and during the conference that includes information about the exhibit hall and vendors.
  • There will be prepared and real-time social media postings. GGS uses Facebook, LinkedIn. Instagram, and X to highlight engagement with exhibitors. We encourage our exhibitors to do the same.
  • There will be dedicated exhibit hours on the first two days of the conference to provide you with direct access to conference attendees during morning and afternoon breaks as well as the President’s Reception.
  • GGS will raffle off prizes to the attendees who visit each exhibitor with a planned interactive element.

CHAMPION – $5,000 Includes:

  • Three (3) full conference registrations (and 10% off additional registrations at the GGS Early Bird Rate)
  • An invitation to present during one of the conference workshop sessions
  • An invitation to address conference attendees during a plenary session (no more than three (3) minutes)

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY To cancel, email administrator@georgiagerontologysociety.org.

  • Before 5:00 PM ET on 6/1/2025:

○ If no recognition has begun, receive a refund minus a $50 fee.

○ If recognition has begun, receive a 50% refund.

  • After 5:00 PM ET on 6/1/2025: No refunds.
