The Georgia Gerontology Society (GGS) is led by a 30 member Board of Directors and 4 officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Board members each serve three year terms and are eligible to serve 2 full terms. The Officers serve one year terms.
The Nominating Committee actively solicits nominations from the entire membership for persons to serve on the Board of Directors and for persons willing to be nominated for one of the four offices.
As a member of GGS, you are invited to submit nominations to the Nominations Committee.
The deadline for nominations for the board term beginning October 1, 2019 is May 3, 2019.
